You’ll explore how you show up in relationship with others, uncover what blocks true collaboration, and learn how to create connection that leads to real results. The goal: a team that trusts, communicates, and moves forward together.

The workshop:

A 3-day, high-impact program blending sharp theory, inspiring real-world cases, and powerful experiential exercises. Every participant receives a handbook with tools and practices to bring back into daily work, so the learning doesn’t end when the workshop does.

  • Collaborative intention – aligning around a shared purpose

  • Truthful, open communication – saying what matters, listening for what’s underneath

  • Ownership & accountability – taking responsibility for your impact

  • Self- and other-awareness – understanding how you show up in relationship

  • Problem-solving & negotiation – navigating tension with clarity and respect


Day 1:

Building self-awareness by exploring collaborative intentions, behavioural patterns, and defence mechanisms, and understanding where these behaviours originate.

Day 2:

Applying interest-based negotiation and problem-solving while increasing awareness of how inclusion, control, and openness influence collaboration.

Day 3:

Integrating learning through choice and accountability, applying insights in a complex case, and closing with compassion and reflection.
